The North Texas History Center is the home of archival materials and genealogical materials pertaining primarily  to Collin and Denton Counties. Our archives are available by appointment only. Due to space and staffing concerns we do not have "open stacks."

North Texas History Center will spend up to 10 minutes searching your request. This 10 minutes is complementary - there will be no charge for it. A report, listing these sources and volume of information available will be either mailed or emailed to you. At that point, you must authorize NTHC to provide additional information, further searching, and photocopies and pay the applicable fees.  The fees and more details are available in this form.
